PROJECT DESIGN
During the design phase, we initiate a dialogue to shape your project. Here, we develop a design proposal tailored to your preferences and which also matches our product specifications.
If you’ve already created a design proposal on our own, we’re ready to review it and build upon your ideas.
Once we’ve mutually agreed upon the project’s geometry, we leverage digital tools to calculate the precise cost.
PROJECT PROPOSAL
During this stage, you will receive our detailed project proposal along with the associated pricing for your review.
Our project proposal encompasses:
- Floor and facade plans featuring precise measurements.
- A dynamic 3D visualization of your project.
From here, we will await your approval of both the project proposal and pricing.
The price includes:
- The agreed upon REXCON components aligned with the visualized project proposal.
- All components, conveniently flat packed and swiftly delivered on EUR pallets to your agreed-upon address, primed for seamless installation and construction.
PRODUCTION
After receiving approval of the project proposal and payment, we kick-start the production of REXCON components that match your project.
The production time is affected by both the scope of the project and our current pipeline. However, we can assure you that we strive to optimize the production time every time.
Getting involved early in the planning stages provides us with the greatest flexibility to ensure timely delivery, aligning with your preferred date.
EFFORTLESS DELIVERY
After completing your order, we carefully package it onto EUR pallets, primed for delivery.
As per our agreement, we’ll deliver your entire order to the specified address on the designated date.
Along with the delivery, you will receive the project-specific building drawings to your email inbox. These drawings are designed to simplify and streamline the construction phase.
BUILD
Armed with projects unique component-numbered floor and facade plans, navigating and executing your REXCON project becomes a straightforward endeavor.
